- Italian Style Beans, a healthy Italian inspired baked beans with plenty of vegetables and herbs. Great for breakfast or a quick and easy dinner.

Ingredients: White beans, whole tomatoes, tomato paste, carrots, zucchini, celery, onion, garlic, balsamic vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper. 

- Mexican Beans, loaded with Mexican spices and not too much chilli, these beans make a delicious breakfast treat or a great addition to your favourite Mexican meal.

Ingredients: Kidney beans, black beans, whole tomatoes, onion, carrot, celery, capsicum, tomato paste, garlic, red wine vinegar, spices, cocoa powder, herbs and salt.

Serves: 2-3 people.
